PBT is a polyester material synthesized through the polycondensation of 1,4-butanediol and terephthalic acid (PTA), making it a polymer similar to PET. It offers excellent dyeing properties, high color retention, superior elasticity, and bulkiness. Additionally, it has a soft texture, good abrasion resistance comparable to nylon, and strong chlorine resistance. Common applications include denim and other micro-elastic fabrics.

This fiber combines the superior qualities of both natural and traditional synthetic fibers while being eco-friendly and low-carbon. It is as soft as cotton, with excellent anti-pilling properties, moisture absorption, and quick-drying capabilities. Additionally, it can be dyed with disperse dyes under normal pressure.
